We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Insured Shipping: If an item is lost during delivery or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost, provided sufficient proof is provided.

Insured priority shipping: Your delivery is at the top of our daily order list, which we send to our manufacturers. Depending on the volume of orders we receive, the waiting time can be similar/equal to the standard shipping time. Your item is also insured.

**Some products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times as we stock them in different locations. **

Tracking numbers often take a few days to a week to update and display correct tracking information. Please use a third party website like https://17track.net to track your order.

Note that shipping for some countries may take longer than estimated.

Depending on the volume of orders we receive, delivery may take longer than usual. Rest assured that we are working hard to get everything out as soon as possible. We know that waiting longer than expected for your order can be frustrating, but we definitely don’t want to sacrifice the quality of our products. Thank you for your understanding.
